Purchase Information
With your purchase you are purchasing a team, division or player specific to the sport indicated at the time of purchase. You will receive all cards related to the team, division or player when the break ends. As these are case/box breaks, there is always a possibility that no cards related to the team, division or player you purchased are opened during the break. This is a risk the buyer is willing to take and by purchasing on Rare Relics LLC website you understand this may occur.
Should a multi player/team card be pulled it will automatically go to a random between the people who own these teams. If the card is of substantial value we reserve the right to allow the people to come to an agreement if they both agreed to.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
All products are shipped within 3-5 business days through USPS. We do not offer International shipping at this time. Higher valued cards/purchases will require a signature. Rare Relics LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in shipment. Please contact us if you would like to insure your package and we will get you a quote for insurance. Rare Relics LLC is also not responsible for “perceived” value of a card. We can only go by what the hobby box sells for and what the break spot costs.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. You can contact us up to 24 Hours prior to the scheduled break time to cancel but this is not always guaranteed. We reserve the right to decide if the refund/cancel was requested in a timely manner.
